1. My research focuses on showing how introducing a well being model to film making improves performance, creativity, inclusive practice and positive relationships for all involved in the filmmaking process, from the tea maker, to the actor, to the producer, editor, camera person alike.
In the courses, I share the model I use and helping directors and producers to set up a structure for the team and gives time to practice and demonstrate the style through involvement and discussion.

2. Bringing in the Constellation methodology to a script or an idea can reveal so much and open up the field of the actor as well as the field of the environment. These micro sessions and longer courses really enable participants to experience the power and enrichment of the process. The longer course teaches ways to bring this methodolgy into directing styles.

Constellation Field Trip
Introduction classes
A field trip for directors, filmmakers and actors through six weeks of time! (The name for the energy between system members in constellation work is 'the knowing field.') Two hour classes once a week where we work with different scripts and their characters and place and bring the constellation of the scripts alive! Bring some ideas or a script or just come and take part.

Introduction scramble class
Four hour classes for scriptwriters, directors, camera, actors and editors where we scramble through the world of mutual story excavation looking at collective mentorship and ways to hold space as the story comes to life. Bring your laptops, writing materials, cameras and editing programmes. It's a fast experience.

Introduction to creative ensemble director style
Day classes where the style and context of creative ensemble film directing is taught. The model finds context alongside other directing styles such as Method Acting and Meisner and person centred space holding approaches. For directors to learn a new style and actors looking to develop their skills.
